			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The 1st two minutes of this fat burning routine is : Jump Rope &#8211; begin by performing two jumps for each turn of the rope. Safety : Use the correct size jump rope and always land softly on the balls of your feet ( that&#8217;s the upper part of the bottom of your foot ). Keep thinking I am losing weight.</p>
<p>Mins 2 &#8211; 3 : Squat Thrust into a Push Up. The right methodology for this exercise is to stand with your feet shoulder width apart and your arms strait down next to your sides. Slowly squat down with your head forward and bring your hands to the floor just outside of your feet.</p>
<p>Your hands should be pointing forward as well . Then in one movement, push your legs back and out behind you ( into a pushup position ). Perform one strict pushup and then jump back into your squat position and then stand back up. Keep thinking, the fat is vanishing.</p>
<p>Mins 3 to 4 : Jump Rope with just one jump per turn. Keep thinking, The fat is softening away.</p>
<p>Minutes four to five : Back to the Squat Thrust and Push Up only this time you are going to add the Side Plank. After completing your squat thrust and push up, you&#8217;re going to lift and revolve your left arm off the ground and over your head. Your left foot will rotate and rest on top of you right foot.</p>
<p>And you may revolve your neck so you&#8217;re looking up at your ceiling. Revolve back to the center and repeat on the opposite side. When finished, hop into your squat position, stand up and start again. Keep thinking, no more belly.</p>
<p>Mins five and six : Jump Rope. Same as minutes 3 and 4. Keep thinking, I&#8217;m getting rid of fat.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Tea is one of my favorite beverages, but I cannot say this has always been true. Once upon a time, I was only into coffee or diet soda until my caffeine addiction finally caught up to me and I began experiencing uneasiness after I drank coffee or soda. One of my acquaintances recommended I replaced my usual beverages with green tea.</p>
<p>Upon hearing all of the amazing health benefits of tea, I decided to give green tea a try. All tea is pretty good for you. They contain phytochemicals that are able to fight free radical damage, which prevents aging and disease. As well, they are a zero calorie beverage that can also boost your metabolism and fat burning.</p>
<p>In my research, I also stumbled across wu yi tea, which has similar health benefits. I could not seem to find any at the store, so I stuck with my friend&#8217;s suggestion.</p>
<p>Unfortunately, the green tea was a bit too &#8220;green&#8221; for my liking. It had a sort of grassy, bitter flavor. I do not know. Maybe the green color was just a bit too much for this coffee lover.</p>
<p>Not wanting to give up, I tried flavoring the tea with honey, sugar, stevia, lemon and even one of those coffee creamers. I realized that adding sugar was sort of ruining the healthy zero calorie beverage and gave up.</p>
<p>I decided to try to find wu yi tea again. I could not find it at regular grocery stores, so I began my search on the internet. There are plenty of wu yi tea sources on the internet, but I wanted to make sure it was real wu yi tea and that it was not an auto-ship scam. I chose a great wu yi tea and the shopping experience went just fine.</p>
<p>Immediately, I was pleased with the color and aroma. Much more like black tea! Wu yi goes through a bit of oxidation like black tea, but not as much. This lends to a better flavor, yet the nutrients are not stripped.</p>
<p>The perfect combination! Wu yi tea still maintains all of the health benefits, yet the flavor is more desirable.</p>
<p>And oddly enough, even though both wu yi tea and green tea contain caffeine, I do not experience the jittery feeling when I drink it. It does not even bother my sleep if I drink it in the evening. However, if you have been sensitive to caffeine or have regular bouts of insomnia, you probably should not drink any past noon. You will just have to see how it works for you.</p>
<p>Since switching from coffee to wu yi tea, I have also begun drinking more iced tea. It is simple to brew the wu yi tea and then pour it over ice after it has been cooled a bit. I even began blending it sometimes with green tea and herbal fruit teas for a very crisp, refreshing drink that contains even more health benefits.</p>
<p>If you are considering making the switch, go ahead and try green tea if you do not mind a rather bitter taste. For me, I will stick with wu yi tea or a blend.</p>

<p>Need to lose weight:</p>

<p>Goal realization date June 30th, 2010</p>

<p>Everyday I will do some form of physical exercise.</p>
<p>I will stop two blocks from my my house and walk home everyday in a happy mood. Breathing in and doing simple strecthing as I go home.</p>
<p>Any local errand will now be done using my feet to help eliminate any extra weight. Each movement uses energy and each energy use burns down calories.</p>
<p>If you can afford it, join a local gym. You want to start slow and then work yourself up in minutes! At the gym you need to sweat and do not make the error of reading a magazine as you use the treadmill. You need dedication and focus.</p>
<p>By the second week you will start seeing results. Buy yourself a weight scale and put it right in your room. Weigh yourself everyday to judge your results. <p>1.     The first thing you can do to lose 10 lbs in a week is cut your carbohydrate intake to the very minimum. Replace your bread, rice, pasta and other high carb items with fruits or raw vegetables. Try an apple or a couple carrot sticks, they both have a ton of fiber which will help you feel full fast. </p>
<p>2.      Eat foods that are high in protein like lean meats or beans. Don&#8217;t consume processed foods because they have high levels of sodium that make your body retain water. </p>
<p>3.     Drink as much liquid as possible. This is vital because it aides in digestion and detoxification. It also helps you feel fuller between snacks and meals. Try to drink water as often as you can tolerate, water is free from calories and is the most healthy option. </p>
<p>4.       You should also try to exercise more than normal. If you usually work out three times a week, go for seven. I know you will be tired, but the best way to lose weight quickly is by working out.</p>
<p>A tip on exercising. Studies have actually proven that shorter workout sessions burn more calories. If you are really trying to lose 10 lbs a week try to break up your 40 minute sessions into four 10 minute programs or two 20 minute programs.</p>
<p>The steps may seem really easy, but the challenge comes in when you are actually doing it. So just be patient and all your efforts will pay off.
