A Lucid Dream is a dream where you are aware that you are dreaming, even while in the middle of it. The degree of lucidity depends on a few things &#8221; how much control you can exert over events in the dream, how much of the dream you can remember upon waking and how stable the dream is.</p>
<p>Control over your dream is the most important element of Lucid Dreaming. It is an incredible experience to be in the midst of a dream and to know that you are in fact dreaming. You are in control of everything in your dream and can have any experience you choose to have.</p>
<p>Just imagine that for an instant. It looks feels and sounds exactly the same as normal reality, except that you know that it isnt. You know that you are perfectly safe; you cannot die or get injured in a Lucid Dream. There are no normal rules and regulations about what you get up to! It is truly your own Individual Virtual Reality&#8217;, with a depth of realism far beyond the most sophisticated computer imitation.</p>
<p>More and more people are learning how too use the skill of Lucid Dreaming. Most of us have a Lucid Dream from time to time but just think how wonderful it would be to be able to have a Lucid Dream anytime you want!</p>
<p>Lucid Dreaming gives you the opportunity to have any experience that you can think of. You can meet anyone you ever wanted to, visit other planets, have unbridled erotic experiences, speak with the loved ones you have lost; anything you can imagine can happen.</p>
<p>Being able to experience Lucid Dreaming on a regular basis is something which it used to take a long time to be able to do. Some spent months before they could have a Lucid Dream &#8221; and some were never able to master the technique.</p>
<p>So are there any simple ways of experiencing a Lucid Dream?</p>
<p>Some people report that certain foods can encourage Lucid Dreaming if consumed shortly before sleeping &#8221; Mustard, Orange Juice and dairy products among them.</p>
<p>Other foods of note are pickles, ice cream, popcorn and fish. Although they are not as effective as the three foods and drinks described above. Some people say that they improve your overall dream recall and &#8220;prepare&#8221; your brain for future lucidity. The main problem is of course that they are high in fatty acids, salts and sugars which definitely doesn&#8217;t assist you in getting a good nights rest!</p>
<p>Can Technology Assist You?</p>
<p>As technology improves, so does the chance to get assistance with your Lucidity. There are now modern devices that you can use to stimulate and induce lucid dreams. There are innovative devices like masks and eyeshades that notice faster eye movement and blink a red diode when you begin to doze. This red beam is integrated into the dream, and reminds the person who is asleep that they are dreaming. The person can then start to control the dream once they realize that it actually is a dream!</p>
<p>Another of the new developments is an audio technology known as binaural beats. Different frequencies are played in each ear of the listener; this has been found to be helpful in achieving Lucid Dreams.</p>
<p>What this process does is to synchronize the two hemispheres of the brain. And almost instantly, just by listening to these special frequencies, puts the brainwaves into a state known as REM (Rapid Eye Movement) sleep which is the state needed to achieve a lucid dream.</p>

And so, it&#8217;s a very good bet that you can develop your own clairvoyant skills, too, just by following a plan.</p>
<p>First, you&#8217;ll need to understand what clairvoyance is. How does it work? It&#8217;s often been called a &#8216;psychic ability,&#8217; but it&#8217;s not really; in fact, it&#8217;s simpler. Really, clairvoyance is intuition, knowledge about things you &#8216;shouldn&#8217;t&#8217; know but do. These things are not visible to your five senses, and sometimes have not happened yet. If you develop your skills in clairvoyance, you can use them so that you can understand things you can&#8217;t see, hear, touch, taste, smell, or things that haven&#8217;t happened yet.</p>
<p>In order to really develop clairvoyance for yourself, the first thing that you need to do is to understand what it is and how happy and peaceful you will be as a person once you have developed it. This is an important step that you can take towards making sure that you are able to develop the ability correctly and easily.</p>
<p>To develop your clairvoyant skills, you&#8217;ll first have to become more sensitive to things you can&#8217;t see, smell, touch, or taste around you. In other words, you won&#8217;t be able to access them with your five senses, but there are energies that you can pick up on. We all can, but most often, we discount them and call them so much rubbish. Because you are this sensitive, though, you&#8217;ll also need to be able to avoid things with negative energies or negative &#8216;vibes.&#8217; That means, places, people and things that have negative energies may affect you in a negative way. In some cases, you won&#8217;t be able to avoid encountering this type of negativity, but if you do, you&#8217;ll learn how to use tools that can dissipate this negative energy even if you do have to deal with it. If you can learn to handle the negative energy you do encounter, you be better off.</p>
<p>There are several things you can do if you want to develop your own skills and clairvoyance. Take a look at any possessions you have that give you negative feelings, and get rid of them. Don&#8217;t hang on to anything that gives you a negative feeling, even if you think it&#8217;s &#8216;important&#8217; or &#8216;special.&#8217; You&#8217;ll see how much lighter and happier you feel once you get rid of those things around you that bring back bad memories or vibes. And in turn, you&#8217;ll be completely clear of negativity and will feel much lighter.</p>
<p>Next, you are going to want to begin a meditation routine. Find a place that you can safely and securely mediate for at least 30 minutes each day, and then make sure that you do it. It should be your quiet time, and you shouldn&#8217;t let anything interfere with it. Your general life can get in the way of your clairvoyance, so be sure that you are able to find some time to meditate.</p>
<p>When you meditate, and when you&#8217;ve gotten rid of everything in your life that either reminds you of or brings you negativity, you are going to be able to be more in touch with your feelings and you are going to trust them more, too. Doing a chakra balance meditation is also going to be able to help you feel more balanced and clear, since your energy chakra centers are an important part of this component. You can do chakra meditations with different chakra sound frequencies, all of which you can find online. When you listen to these, your chakras become balanced.</p>
<p>If you don&#8217;t want to listen to music, you can also visualize the different colors of the chakras and the positions they take in the body. Here are the chakra positions and their colors:</p>
<p>From the top of your head down: Purple is at the top of your head, indigo is in the center of your forehead, blue is in your throat area, green is at the center of your chest, yellow is just above your navel, orange is just below your navel, and red is near the base of your spine.</p>
<p>Once you&#8217;ve got your chakras lined up, you can also work on trusting your feelings. Meditation will help with this as well. Unfortunately, perhaps, or society focuses on the power of the mind, and we tend to discount feelings as &#8216;weak,&#8217; while logic is strong. However, feelings are indeed very important sources for information, and they can give us some important lessons, too. If you want to develop your clairvoyant skills, pay attention to your feelings and begin to listen to and follow them.</p>
<p>The same should be said for trusting your hunches. If you have a hunch about a person, a thing, or a place, follow it. If you want to develop your clairvoyance, you need to be confident in the feelings and thoughts that you have. This is very important.</p>
<p>Particularly in the early stages of your training you need to successfully communicate with your subconscious mind. You could try visiting a professional hypnotist or try listening to prerecorded hypnosis audios. This is likely to be of enormous help to get you focussed and relaxed.</p>
<p>Finally, you&#8217;re going to learn to simply &#8216;let go,&#8217; as you&#8217;re going to become more relaxed in your body into your mind at the same time. You&#8217;ll begin to trust, depends, and lean on your thoughts and feelings, so that you honor them for their wisdom and what they can tell you. It&#8217;s going to take time to develop clairvoyant skills fully, but you can do this as long as you practice and as long as you start to learn to act on these feelings and intuitions. The more you allow yourself to receive your intuition and instincts, the more you&#8217;ll become clairvoyant. And this will lead you to a better, more &#8216;in tune&#8217; life in general, which means your feelings will come as a positive flow. As this happens, you&#8217;ll be able to access information by &#8216;seeing, hearing, and sensing&#8217; &#8212; even if you don&#8217;t do so with your five senses.</p>

Your job gives you somewhere to be each day, personal satisfaction and sense of worth, money to pay for all that you need and a social network. But for many of us, our jobs are filled with causes of stress and concerns. We spend our days worried about job-related issues. We all need some pressure in our working lives, as it makes our work satisfying and helps us to meet deadlines, but too much pressure, without the chance to recover, causes stress. Work-related stress is one of the main causes of sick leave and research has shown that one in six people feel that their job is very or extremely stressful.</p>
<p>You can have work-related stress due to unpredictable stress or a situation with a sudden onset. However, it can also be factors that take their toll over a long period of time. There are a number of factors that can make you feel stressed at work, including poor working conditions, long working hours, relationships with colleagues, lack of job security, mismatch between the requirements of the job and your own capabilities and needs, too much or too little responsibility.</p>
<p>Work-related stress is responsible for both physical and psychological health problems. Physical symptoms can include headaches, backache, tiredness, sleep problems, digestive problems and sweating. Psychological symptoms of stress may involve a lowered sex drive (libido), difficulty concentrating, disrupted eating patterns, feelings of irritability and mood swings, a lack of motivation, and feelings of not being able to cope.</p>
<p>It is impossible to escape pressure at work altogether, so it is important that you learn how to deal with stress effectively. There are three basic approaches to dealing with stress:</p>
<p>- Alter your responses to the causes of stress</p>
<p>- Reducing the way stress affects our body</p>
<p>- Learning alternative ways of coping</p>
<p>You need to get specialist help if you have tried to deal with your work-related stress but have not seen acceptable improvements. Getting specialist help does not mean that you are weak or that you are &#8216;giving in&#8217;, just that you have recognized a problem and want to solve it. Your physician should be able to determine the physical symptoms of stress that you are experiencing, help you identify the specific cause of your work-related stress, advise you about some relaxation exercises, and recommend a counselor if necessary.</p>
<p>Are you being harassed on the job? Is this causing you work-related stress? Is someone bullying you? If either of these situations is the root, then talk to someone in your personnel department or in your human resources office. Being victimized at work is something that no-one should have to face and the good news is that the vast majority of companies now have policies in place in order to deal with this type of problem. You can take action against workplace harassment even if your supervisor or manager does not act against your tormentor, as there are laws to protect you.</p>

<p>What follows is a list of some of the chakra cleansing techniques which have been shown to be effective and have been used for many centuries.</p>

<p>Another controversial topic arises from pursuing this avenue of though. Have we lived before? If so, how many times? Which life was our first and how many do we go through? The Buddhist religion has what they believe to be true answers, but that is another avenue of thought. We can, without religious connotations, find answers to satisfy our own curiosity.</p>
<p>Let&#8217;s say you have an unreasonable fear of dogs. You had a puppy while growing up, never had a dog bite yet when you see a particular breed of dog, a chilly fear runs up and down your spine. <p>Past life age regression may unravel they mystery of what is making you anxious, frightened or going through an unfounded phobia. Since knowledge is power, this may be a strong tool to use. There is no proof that reincarnation is either factual or not. But, don&#8217;t let the fear of ridicule stop you from exploring the possibility. Be cautious in choosing a therapist though. He or she should be educated and credentialed as a therapist and have special interest in therapies related to reincarnation</p>
<p>It would, however, be &#8220;silly&#8221; to visualize yourself as having been Cleopatra or Joan of Ark in a previous incarnation. The likelihood of that is about as small as the chance you&#8217;ll win a lottery. Your seductive nature or extreme fear of fire are going to be attributable to some other reason. We often make ourselves stressed without even realizing it &#8211; doing things in haste, rushing to get things done, leaving things until the last minute. Here are seven tips for stress relief that you can practice at work or ant home.</p>
<p>1. Live one day at a time. Do one task after another instead of taking off with all of them at a time. Taking on too much often does more harm than good. Finishing one task at a time is more manageable and will also motivate you to keep working.</p>
<p>2. Be grateful and thankful for small blessings. How many people in this world are given the responsibilities like yours? You don&#8217;t have to face war, famine, hunger, illness, bad economy and unemployment, unlike 250 million people on Earth. Therefore, smile and face the challenges ahead.</p>
<p>3. Take slow, deep breath at beginning of each day. Repeat this several times. Think about the goal that you want to achieve for the day. Are you up to the challenge? Believe in yourself! The most important key for stress relief is your inner strength, physically and mentally.</p>
<p>4. Sit down for your meal and focus on it. Chew it well. Chew longer if you&#8217;re having steak. Stress relief happens as you focus on your meal and relax. Rushing during eating can make you choke or feel ill. Enjoy your meal. Be human.</p>
<p>5. Forgive those who sins against you. Learn to let go. Bury the hatchet. Life is too short to bear grudges. It takes 44 muscles in your face to frown, but it only takes 4 to smile. So lift an arm and pat the back of somebody to settle old scores and shrug it off.</p>
<p>6. Enjoy your journey to work. Drive there early to avoid rush hour traffic, turn on the music, and sing out loud. Whatever your method, it should be something that will lift up your spirits.</p>
<p>7. Enjoy your journey home. If you&#8217;re stuck in traffic, don&#8217;t sulk. Smile to the drivers next to you &#8211; it might make them (and you) feel better. You might even think of what you&#8217;d like to have for dinner. Chew on chewing gum. Listen to music. Ensure your safety by avoiding calls on the hand phone during driving. After all, arriving home safe can be a relief too.</p>
